The Chiquinquirá project is designed to integrate with the historical surroundings of the restored "Rómulo Rozo" Palace of Culture. In it, materials are naturally expressed, such as exposed brick, creating a rustic language that dialogues with the past. The common areas have been maximized with the incorporation of 8 commercial islands and outdoor seating, creating a welcoming space for visitors to the Palace of Culture and David Guarín Park.
The design invites discovery through entrances marked by imposing frames, guiding pedestrians towards its interior. The project features 20 units, each with an area of less than 100 m², allowing for a diversified commercial offering in the area.
